Madeleine is a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) consultant with over 10 years experience in the field, specialising in psychosocial risk management and workplace safety.
Madeleine has worked as an OHS & wellbeing manager for state organisations, as OHS & Wellbeing Business Partner for national organisations, as an OHS specialist consultant, working within the WorkCover scheme in Victoria, and as an allied health practitioner in private practice.
With a passion for fostering healthy working environments, Madeleine helps organisations identify, assess and mitigate psychosocial risks that can impact employee well-being and productivity.
Holding relevant qualifications, Madeleine combines academic knowledge with practical expertise to develop tailored strategies that promote mental health and psychosocial safety in the workplace, in line with current legislation. Renee is a workplace relations specialist and lead, qualified investigator and mediator, holds a diploma in management and studies Bachelor of Laws.
Renee has trained with the-
* Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (IAMA),
* Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI),
* Investigation Compliance and Enforcement Training Systems (ICETS),
*Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and currently;
* University of New England (UNE).
Twenty plus years’ workplace relations experience across the public, private, community and not-for-profit sectors, with extensive experience working in highly regulated environments.
Renee has dedicated her career to effectively break down barriers, troubleshoot and mobilise people, strategic goals and milestones.
Renee's methodical approach supports complex projects such as Change Management, Enterprise Bargaining, Workplace Investigations, Workforce Planning and Metrics.
Strong leadership qualities enable Renee to successfully lead a workplace relations team through
complex processes such as enterprise bargaining, and effectively builds strong work relations and collaboration with legal, union and professional advocacy in a broad-spectrum of matters.
Renee has a particular interest in strategy and risk analysis in the workplace, and values team work, progressive initiatives and outcomes.
She is seasoned to partner with executive leadership teams, as well as operational management teams, and is adept to support matters before the Fair Work Commission, and/or other relevant agencies.
